3. Consideration & Terms

For good and valuable consideration, the Seller hereby sells and transfers the vehicle described above to the Buyer for the sum of Fourteen thousand five hundred dollars ($14,500.00), paid by cashier’s check.

Odometer disclosure. Federal and state law require the seller to state the mileage upon transfer of ownership. The Seller certifies that the odometer now reads 64523 miles, to the best of the Seller's knowledge, and that it reflects the actual mileage unless one of the following statements is checked: ☐ the mileage exceeds the odometer's mechanical limits; ☐ the odometer reading is not the actual mileage — WARNING: odometer discrepancy.
Sold "AS-IS". The vehicle is sold in its present condition, "AS-IS," with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Buyer has examined the vehicle and accepts it in its current condition.
Additional terms. Includes two key fobs, all-weather floor mats, and a clean CARFAX report provided to the buyer.
The Seller affirms that the vehicle is owned free and clear of all liens and encumbrances except as stated, and that the Seller has the right to sell it. This Bill of Sale is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
